Can I order the playground over the phone?
Yes, indeed you can! Just contact our sales department on 788 807 418 and our team will make sure you are professionally served. Don't be afraid to ask about what you want. We are here to help you.
When I order a playground do I get an order confirmation?
Of course! As soon as you place your order, we will send you all the necessary information to the e-mail address you provided.

Can I modify the details in my order?
If you are at the stage where the product is in the shopping cart and the order is open, you can modify your order.
If you have finished placing your order, you will not be able to make changes.
Be careful and take your time, it is better to check your order carefully.

Do I necessarily have to give my phone number?
Your telephone number is very important to us. We will be able to contact you directly in an emergency.

Are the playgrounds certified for safety?
Yes, our playgrounds are manufactured in accordance with the EN-71 standard.
We do realise that children's safety is a priority! Be reassured.
Where can I check the status of my order?
When your order is ready to be dispatched and has left our warehouse, you will immediately receive an

How long will I wait for my order?
Lead times are 7 to 14 days from the date of order finalisation.
Some of our playground models are held in stock, in which case the lead time is shorter.
Can I cancel after ordering? If so, within what period of time?
This is possible. As long as the goods have not left our warehouse and you have not received confirmation of dispatch

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery and you do not have to give a reason.
You only pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Contact us for details.
How is delivery carried out at Funky Combo?
The playgrounds are assembled and packed with the utmost care and then delivered by a shipping company.
These are non-standard shipments, so we send them by specialised transport.
Smaller accessories will get you a regular courier service.
We pack all our playgrounds so that they arrive safely to you. We place
them on a pallet and protect them with foil or breathable mesh. We pack smaller items in a cardboard box.
What should I pay attention to when delivering a parcel?
It is very important to note whether there is any significant external damage, if there is, refuse to accept it.
Write a note on the document the driver has about the damage to the consignment in transit.
Report a refusal of delivery due to damage to us at cs@funkycomo.pl.
If you can, take photos of the damage. If everything is in order, collect your order.
Before assembly, it is very important to carefully check and arrange all items according to the instructions.
If something is missing, don't wait and contact us.
Also see if there is any damage to the wooden or plastic parts.
What does the complaints process look like?

Write in the subject line: Complaint and include your order number.
Also enclose proof of delivery.
Describe the problem in detail and attach photos; we will take care of the rest.
Is it possible to change the delivery time to change the delivery date of my order with the forwarding company?
This depends on how close your parcel is to you and whether it has been issued for delivery.
If you need to change your delivery date please contact us immediately (tel: 788 807 418), we will try to
find out if this is possible and help you arrange a new delivery date.
What if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
In this case, the delivery time may be significantly longer.

Will the delivery company driver help me get the playground onto my property?
The driver delivers the playground to the property, lowers the goods with the lift and then you have to take care of it. He does not help with the taking it to your garden. Prepare yourself accordingly for the delivery.
Is the installation manual for the Funky Combo playground included in the order?
Yes, each order comes with detailed assembly instructions.
It will help you unpack and count all the components step by step.

Can I order playground installation? How much does this service cost?
Yes, we provide a playground installation service.

The basic assembly rate is 40% of the price of the ordered playground.
How much space do I need to have in my garden for the assembly of a Funky Combo playground?

How much space do I need to install in my garden? Funky Combo playground?

What is the preferred surface for the installation of Funky Combo playgrounds?
The playground needs to be installed on a level surface.
Do not mount the playground on a hard surface such as concrete, this can be dangerous for your children.
Our playgrounds look beautiful on grass, if you don't have grass, use suitable mats.
When choosing mats check that they are certified for backyard use.
The safety of your children is paramount.
Can I modify the design of the playground in a different way than what is shown in the instructions?
Our products are prepared in accordance with safety standards and should not be modified. Perform the assembly according to the step-by-step assembly instructions, otherwise you will lose the guarantee on our product.
How much time do I need to assemble the playground myself?
Approach it responsibly, do not rush the assembly. How long it takes to assemble depends on the size of the set, your skills and your willingness.
If you have a friend, neighbour or family member willing to help, invite them along. You will assemble the playground more easily and quickly.
Two heads are better than one.
You should be able to assemble a smaller set in about 6-8 hours, a larger set needs more time, there are times when you will have to spread it out over two days.
The instructions are written in an accessible and understandable way, you can do it! We are keeping our fingers crossed.
Do I need any additional tools or materials?
Yes, you will need a screwdriver, a rubber mallet and a spirit level for assembly. It would also be a good idea to have a protractor and a set of socket spanners with you. The rest is included in the kit.
Will I need to additionally drill the wooden parts?
Yes, it's not complicated! We include the appropriate drill bits. Some of the main drillings are
made at the production stage, however, you will need to drill some parts yourself.
Please note that any cracks caused by not drilling the wood before assembly are not subject to a claim.
How do I attach the playground to the ground?
We include fixing anchors with every garden playground. They are long enough and stabilise the playground. They should be installed according to the installation instructions.
Is it necessary to concrete the playground to the ground?
Your children's safety is paramount, so we recommend concreting the playground to the ground. This is simple, spot concreting using cement mortar that is widely available in DIY shops. Instructions for concreting are included in the playground assembly instructions.
What is the safe distance from fences, trees etc.? Do I have to keep it?
Yes, we absolutely ask you to comply with the safety standards with regard to keeping a safe distance, this is between 1.5m and 2m. Make this information a priority when planning and positioning your garden playground. Do the correct fixing anchors come with the order?
Yes, each of our garden playground sets is complete and comes with fixing anchors, you don't need to buy additional items.
What kind of wood does Funky Combo make its playgrounds from?
Our playgrounds are manufactured from Polish pine. The wood is treated against biodegradation, which guarantees exceptional durability against the changing weather conditions in our climate.
Is the plastic used in production recyclable?
The plastics we use are sourced from recycling and are recyclable. We recognise the problems of the modern world and our planet, so we give plastic a second life!
I notice resin on my playground, greenish or white spots what is it?
Resin is a natural part of coniferous wood. This is normal and you don't need to worry. The way to remove it is simple. Tape a piece of paper over the resin spill and wait a few days for it to dry, then peel off the paper and scrape. White or greenish stains are the result of the wood resin reacting with the impregnant. You do not need to be afraid of this.
Do I need to impregnate the wood myself?
Our climate requires that all wooden elements are treated at least once a year. This will prolong the life of the wood and allow you to enjoy your playground for years to come. In the first year after purchase you do not need to do this, the playground is protected.
Cracks and knots or do I have to worry about them?
Knots are a natural part of the wood - a remnant of old branches. You will not find two identical pieces of wood. Small cracks show us that the wood is still working. Please note that cracks up to 10 % of the width of a wooden element do not represent a structural problem. If you have any doubts on this subject, please contact us.
Is moist wood a cause for concern?
Don't worry, unpack the wood from the package and let the water evaporate. Treated wood needs water to evaporate. It is important that you unwrap the playground from the foil and place it in a ventilated covered area outside. Do not hide the playground in an enclosed space this product is dedicated to outdoor use.
Wood shrinks and shrinks is this normal?
Depending on the change of seasons and weather conditions, wood changes its volume. This is a natural phenomenon, wood works. In summer, it shrinks due to the high temperature, and when it is humid, it gains water. This is a natural phenomenon in our climate.
How much is the guarantee and which cases are not covered?
We give a 2-year guarantee on our playgrounds. The guarantee applies to all wooden elements. If the customer does not report any defects in the wood after unpacking all the elements before assembly, the guarantee does not cover damage caused during assembly. The guarantee also does not cover characteristic features of the wood and damage caused by weather conditions. Nor will it cover damage caused during the use of the garden playground or damage caused by incorrect maintenance of our product.
