*10-YEAR GUARANTEE

A 10-year guarantee period covers our pressure-impregnated timber products. The high quality of pressure impregnation provides protection against biological degradation caused by changing weather conditions (precipitation, wind, sun). We provide a 2-year guarantee on impregnated playgrounds, garden accessories and accessories.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

Apila Sp. z o.o., called the Guarantor, provides customers with a 10-year warranty on all purchased wooden elements impregnated with the pressure impregnation method. This method ensures high resistance of the wood to changing weather conditions. The guarantee applies to changes in the properties of the wood, e.g. wood decay caused by drastic changes in weather conditions.

The guarantee does not apply if the wood has been stored incorrectly until installation. It does not cover damage or vandalism by the customer or third parties nor does it apply to damage caused by atmospheric anomalies e.g. gales, storms. It also does not cover errors and damage to the wooden elements during incorrect installation which is not 100% in accordance with the instructions.

The Customer - Purchaser submitting a warranty claim is obliged to send accurate photo documentation of the identified problem and a detailed description of the reported defect. He or she is also obliged to send a copy of the purchase document and, if the product was purchased at an online auction, to provide the purchasing platform, the number of the item on offer. If the warranty or guarantee does not cover the defect, we reserve the right to ask the Purchaser to reimburse the costs incurred in the framework of the warranty.
